    GlavGosEkspertiza of Russia approved VPC’s design documentation for construction of the third stage (surface facilities) of the mine at the Talitsky Area of the Verkhnekamsk potassium-magnesium salt deposit, developed by the general designer, St. Petersburg branch of Novgorodsky GIAP.

    The subsoil licence PEM 15349 TE for the Talitsky area was renewed through 2053.

    The Yekaterinburg branch of GlavGosEkspertiza of Russia approved VPC’s project to develop the railway infrastructure at the public railway station Berezniki-Sortirovochnaya of the Sverdlovsk Railway.

    SRK Consulting Limited completed estimation of mineral resources and reserves of the Talitsky area under JORC standards (2012 JORC Code).

  • April

    VPC obtained a positive finding from State Expert Review Board of Russia with respect to design documentation for external gas supply line for the Talitsky mine.

    State Expert Review Board of Perm Krai issued a positive finding for design documentation for overhaul of Yayva-Silvinit 110 kV overhead lines.

    VPC received a positive finding of State Environmental Expert Review Board for Construction of the mining and processing complex (mine) at the Talitsky area of the Verkhnekamsk potassium-magnesium salt deposit. Stage 3. Construction of surface facilities.

    VPC updated licence PEM 15349 TE for subsoil use of the Talitsky area of the Verkhnekamsk potassium-magnesium salt deposit to comply with the decree of Rosnedra No. 177 dated 27 February 2015 “On one-time update of subsoil licences”.

    VPC obtained approval for planned construction of the Talitsky mine’s surface facilities from Srednevolzhsky Territorial Administration of the Federal Agency for Fishery.
