Closed Joint Stock Company Verkhnekamsk Potash Company (initiator of the public hearings) hereby informs about holding public discussions (in the form of hearings) related to design documents for the subject of the State Environmental Expert Review: Construction of a mining and processing complex at the Talitsky area of Verkhnekamsk potassium-magnesium salt deposit. Stage 3. Construction of surface complex, including tailings facilities (salt tailings pile and tailings dam). The discussions relate to the design documentation that includes preliminary report on environmental impact assessment for this site. Potash mining at the Talitsky area of Verkhnekamsk potassium-magnesium salt deposit is planned at southeast boundary of the city of Berezniki and Zheleznodorozhny settlement, Perm Krai, at a distance of 12 kilometers from Berezniki and two kilometers from Zheleznodorozhny settlement. The Talitsky mining and processing complex includes the surface facility site and the salt tailings pile and tailings dam sites.
  
The Berezniki city administration shall be responsible for arranging the public hearings.

The public hearing materials shall be available for familiarisation, comments and feedback from 14 September 2015 till 13 October 2015, 9:00am to 5:00pm at the following addresses:

Public hearings related to the design documents will be held on 14 October 2015 at 3:00pm at 50 Leo Tolstoy Street, Berezniki, Perm Krai.
