    Design documents entitled “Construction of mining and processing complex at the Talitsky area of Verkhnekamsk potassium-magnesium salt deposit. Stage 3. Construction of surface facilities” were submitted to the Federal Supervisory Natural Resources Management Service for state environmental expert review.

    Perm Krai State Expert Review Administration approved design documents for construction of a section of non-public railway line connecting VPC-owned Talitskaya station with Berezniki-Sortirovochnaya station on the Sverdlovsk Railway (JSC Russian Railways branch).

    Perm Krai State Expert Review Administration approved design documents for construction of Ural main step-down substation 220/10/6 kV for the Talitsky mine.

    VPC obtained state expert review approval No. 59-1-4-0283-15 dated 9 October 2015 for daisy chain 2 of power line 220 kV (Power line 220 kV: Yayvinskaya Hydro Power Plant – North chain 3) to provide power supply to Ural main step-down substation 220 kV.

    Design documentation for construction of a section of non-public railway lines connecting VPC-owned Talitskaya station with Berezniki-Sortirovochnaya station on the Sverdlovsk Railway was developed and submitted for state review.

    Talitsky Mine Design Approved by Main Expert Review Board

    The State Expert Administration for Perm krai approved the design documentation for water intakes for process and drinking water.

    Design documents for the Talitsky mine construction were submitted to the Main State Expert Evaluation Department (Glavgosexpertiza)

    Design documents for the Talitsky mine external water supply were finalized and submitted for approval to the State expert review board.

    Engineering design for sylvinite mining at the Talitsky area of Verkhnekamsk potassium-magnesium salts deposit was approved by Rosnedra Central Committee for solid minerals.
