    VPC started preparation of freezing plants for operation.

    VPC completed construction of a warehouse for packaged products.

    VPC completed installation of fire tanks at the temporary explosives warehouse construction site.

    A site-wide compressed air system was installed.

    VPC finished construction of the acetylene and oxygen cylinder storage facilities.

    A fence was erected around the temporary explosives warehouse and the facilities for treatment of rainwater and sewage during the shaft sinking period.

    VPC completed construction of the parking lot for a fuel truck owned by contracting company US-30.
